Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment must be received before acceptance. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible. We will contact you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.
All purchases are for personal use only, not for resale.

Prices are as shown at the time of purchase and exclude any applicable taxes, shipping, or import fees. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to pay all charges incurred.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not liable for delays outside our control (carriers, customs, weather). Ownership and risk pass to you once the parcel leaves the workshop.

All content on our site—designs, images, text, logos, and jewellery designs—are owned by Ali Haley Jewellery or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may link to or use third-party services for payments, shipping, or marketing. We do not control these services and are not liable for their content or practices.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made with Ali Haley Jewellery, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products or transactions.
