Refund and Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
Please contact me first at ali@alihaleyjewellery.co.uk to request a return. I’ll then provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me immediately so I can assess and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return. Please contact me if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, simply contact me to organise the return. Once your return is approved, I'll sort out your replacement item directly, along with any additional charges or refunds owed.
Refunds:
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
Additional notes:
- No restocking fees apply.
- All sales are final on custom pieces.
- No “final sale” items otherwise.
