Order Processing
If your order is in stock, it will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. For made-to-order or personalised items, processing can take between 1 and 7 business days. Please contact me if you have specific requests.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Free delivery on all orders over £50 (Royal Mail Standard)
- Royal Mail Standard on orders under £50 (2–3 business days once shipped) – £3.00
- Royal Mail Express (next day once shipped) – £7.50
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selection and order total.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail Standard usually delivers within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Express delivery aims for next-day delivery once shipped. Please note these are estimates and external factors may cause delays.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided where available so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Issues

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
